My brother-- a waiter-- and I were discussing how gross pre-prepared salads can be at restaurants sometimes, and I said, "Give me a sanitary salad!" The mental image that accompanied that thought, was a plate full of hand wipes drizzled with Germ-X hand sanitizer for salad dressing. He laughed, so I knew it was a hit! ^_^

Foof and Joi
Jac and Kik
Kick him in the knee caps!
*cue "Jaws" score* ... ... ... DED DOTTI!!!!!!!!
"And so... Ded Dotti plagued us all."
Dotti was a gold fish I had when I was younger (it had a black spot on its side, hence the name, but it disappeared within days and the name remained), who miraculously lived through an ICK epidemic in our "tropical fish" fish-tank and then healthily on by its lonesome for another few years. When it died, I was lazy and left it in the bowl long enough to see it start decomposing. Bleh. So when I finally decided to take care of it, my older brother and I put it in a film canister-- full of water-- and buried it (non-biodegradable plastic, mind you) in the front yard where we proceeded to lose the "headstone" and forget where it was buried. Then we moved.
There's no telling where it is, but I can't help but laugh at the thought of someone digging it up while landscaping and finding a film canister of dead fish mush with a mini-skeleton. ^_^ Aren't I morbid?

Introducing... Pookey Face!
My friend and I were at an animal shelter playing with the different dogs and cats (respectively) one day, and we were on the cat side of the building. So there's this really poofy cat, and we're waving a toy around him so he's going round and round in circles. He's so excited that he's practically gasping and wheezing, it tickled my friend and I pink. He was practically the only one without a collar or tag, so we named him "Pookey Face."
Pookey Face in my Bloob comics is the sad representation of my love/hate relationship with cats. I love animals, but cats make it difficult. My older brother despises them, so we always have good laughs about how we could "torture" cats or run 'em over, silly stuff that we never end up doing. So PLEASE don't be offended by the jokes I make about cats by means of Pookey Face. If you think about it long enough, it's really funny. ^_^

The beginnings of BlooB...
Just a mash-up I did, honing the "style" of Bloob in both drawing and humor. Most of this was drawn while in the car with my brother on our way to our cousins' house. His favorite one was how I said "You look like a POTATO!" (upper right)
Had this song stuck in my head, apparently.
It started one visit at my grandparents when my cousin was sitting playing the old Nintendo Mario. I was sitting behind him watching, and he had chocolate covered raisins, so I kept "mooching" and taking some to eat. So I drew this.
